APVC originates, structures, and deploys capital across the cannabis capital stack through a disciplined credit platform spanning growth financing, refinancing, and structured equity strategies.

In parallel, APVC operates an origination and placement platform connecting operators to a nationwide network of institutional lenders and capital partners, supporting transactions from $1MM to $100MM+, subject to structure, collateral, and credit profile.

Our approach is grounded in cash flow–based underwriting, structural downside protection, and capital preservation as the primary objective, with equity participation used as a performance-driven component of return.

Founder

APVC is founded by Andrew S. Fletcher, who has experience spanning trading, analysis, fund architecture, capital markets execution, BD ownership and operations, and cannabis industry ownership and operations.
